When you work with us one-on-one, we'll be able to customize a plan that fits your specific needs. We believe everyone has different strengths and different ways of learning. We'll focus on using your strengths as motivation to achieve your overall goals, in a way you'd prefer and learn best.

Amanda started Fit Flock after becoming an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She has a passion for health and fitness. She continued her education in 2018, to also become an ACE Certified Behavior Change Specialist, an ACE Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and a Road Runners Club of America Certified Coach.
In 2020, she expanded her knowledge to also include ACE Certified Health Coach. In 2021, she became a Weight Management Specialist too! In 2023, she became certified in Posture and Alignment, to focus in on root causes of pain and imbalance.
Amanda specializes in Personal Training that focuses on building total body strength. She currently offers personal training and health coaching, both in-person and virtually.
When she's not at Fit Flock, you may find her joining in local events and supporting local businesses. She loves getting up really early and exercising before the sun is up. She also loves puns, 90's music, animals, and coffee:)

Sarah is a Certified Personal Trainer with 10 years of experience training all ages and fitness levels. She has a passion for strength training, conditioning, and functional fitness, and she loves helping people build strength that carries over into everyday life.
Sarah is also a new first-time mom to a baby boy, which has given her an even deeper appreciation for functional movement, balance, and sustainable fitness. When she's not training clients, you can find her boating, paddle boarding, or spending time with her family.
Her goal is to help you feel strong, capable, and confident—both in and out of the gym.

Lindsey comes to us as a Certified Personal Trainer dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits. She believes fitness should be challenging, empowering, and realistic—designed to fit your lifestyle, not take it over. With a strong focus on proper form, safe progression, and individualized programming, she works closely with each client to support long-term success. Lindsey is committed to helping you feel stronger inside and out.
Lindsey came to Chestertown in 2000 to attend Washington College and loved the area so much she decided to made the Eastern Shore her home. In Lindsey’s free time you can find her spending time with family and friends. Lindsey is also an avid runner.
